| Personality; Kanna was formed from nothing and that is what she is, nothing. She is quiet and very stoic, showing almost no emotion. She is resigned to the fact that she is nothing more then Naraku's tool and does not try to change it like her sister, Kagura only because she simply does not care. She is very loyal to her creator but maybe only so because of not really caring about being used by him. She appears as a girl of about 7 or 8 years of age, she has a blank, expressionless face and empty, black eyes. She wears all white to symbolize her utter emptiness. Kanna has almost no sense of self, no emotions, no real interest in self determination. She only lives to serve Naraku, her creator. She also has almost no physical presence, makes little noise, and gives of no scent. She is not very independent and only follows Naraku’s orders. Strengths/Abilities; Kanna’s strength comes from her demonic mirror. This mirror has the power to steal the souls for those reflected in it. Once the soul is trapped inside, she can control their bodies to do their bidding, weather it be spying or killing. Another one of mirror’s abilities is to be able to blast rays of light at her enemies, but she rarely uses this power. The mirror also has the power to observe the goings of the world. One of Kanna’s mirror’s strongest powers is its power to reflect attacks back at the attacker at the same strength or even stronger. And her strongest and deadliest attack her mirror has is its ability to create a glass demon that can copy the abilities of whatever it happens to reflect. Weaknesses; The downside to her mirror’s soul stealing power is that if it tries to steal a powerful soul, the mirror becomes overflowed and will start to crack. Kanna then has to release all the souls trapped within her mirror. Also, her mirror cannot reflect every attack that is made against it. Most likely those with strong spiritual powers. Finally, the weakness of her glass demon is that Kanna receives all the damage made to it. Therefore if it is killed, she will be killed. . |
| Background |
| Background; Kanna is one of Naraku’s first incarnations and Kagura’s ‘older’ sister since she was created first. She is a Nihility demon which means she emits no demonic aura and this makes it very hard for others to sense her presence . She shows no remorse to what she does in the name of Naraku. Also, since she does not care about only existed as Naraku’s tool, she is his most trusted incarnation. Because of this trust, she is allowed to keep her own heart, unlike her sister Kagura. She is hardly ever sent into battle since Naraku plans never to have her harmed because of her importance to him. But if Naraku order her to kill herself, she will do it without question. Background cont. She is Naraku messenger and ,arguably, his most powerful offspring. She is also his confidant as she is the only one he tells his plans and thoughts to. He only gives her the complete information because she is an existential void and there’s no danger in it. Kanna is the only one of his offspring that he shows any attachment to. |
